Meet the Team
Albert Lam
Founder
The inception of ENTR is the culmination of an idea that had germinated many years ago combining Albert's personal experience and observations as a real estate investor with his professional expertise from the financial industry.
Before launching ENTR, Albert spent over 18 years in corporate finance and investment banking across Europe and Asia. In his most recent role, Albert was a Managing Director in the investment banking division of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) where he led his team to raise over US$10bn of debt and equity in aggregate transaction value.
Originally from Paris where he started his career in finance, Albert had the opportunity early on to appreciate the many financial benefits of investing in real estate as he has built an extensive portfolio of investment properties across several global cities (London, Paris, Singapore, etc). However, he also noticed the multiple barriers that most people, including his friends, must overcome in order to reap profit from real estate investments.
From his initial acquisitions in Paris more than a decade ago, Albert has become an avid real estate investor. Along the way, he has built an on-the-ground network of professionals which enables him to optimize each aspect of a real estate transaction from sourcing off-market transactions to closing. The significant experience he has gathered from his successful investments in multiple global cities underpins his deep understanding of the many intricacies of real estate investments.
With ENTR, Albert assembled a multi-disciplinary team which carries forward his vision in reimagining real estate investment for a new era, where individuals can own prime real estate globally in a seamless manner via ENTR’s tech-powered platform.
Clément Chaumette

A tech engineer and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience, Clément assists companies – start-up and large corporates – in the financial industry to scale up their operations by delivering innovative and user-oriented solutions
Clément is responsible for our digital platform, mobile and internal product developments as well as data management operations. He also leads all system and data protection processes.
