1. ENTR receives a majority of its income based on the performance of the properties owned by the members.
2. ENTR is incentivized to maximize the capital gains on each property. It means that ENTR will always negotiate down the acquisition price of each property for the benefit of both the owners and itself.
3. The ENTR team members invest alongside other owners, as we believe in the high quality of the real estate we curate for the owners.
