What is the story of the ENTR team?

With ENTR, members own real estate in a secure and transparent way and they receive the full financial benefits: recurring rental income and capital gains. REITs do not provide access to real estate ownership.

In addition ENTR differentiates itself from real estate-related financial products such as REITs on a number of important points:
Level of information: Each owner has a dedicated online dashboard with in-depth profile for each property, regular operational update and granular financial information.

Capital gains: when ENTR sells a property on behalf of the owners, they directly receive their shares of the capital gain realized by this operation. REITs do not provide such certainty to investors as fund managers usually retain the sales proceeds in the funds.

The ENTR team believes that investment in prime real estate should offer satisfaction that often goes beyond the financial returns, hence owners will have a priority access to stay in all of their properties, enjoying the convenience of their prime locations in vibrant and dynamic cities.

While the properties are rented out to generate regular income for all owners, each owner can stay in the properties at the prevailing market price.

In fact, when you stay in one of your properties, you will effectively pay a lower rent, as a portion of it comes back to you as a owner of the property.

As a guiding principle, most of ENTR income is based on the actual performance of the properties.
